Architected and built from scratch an internal ERP for the end-to-end logistics management of a private postal carrier. Led the digitization of daily operations and the treasury module: real-time view of balances, movements, and company billing.
A centralized platform for booking padel courts. Passwordless auth and booking (via WhatsApp) plus a weekly admin dashboard designed for court owners to manage schedules and reservations.
A football predictions app (World Cup pool). Users create and join private groups, submit predictions before kickoff, and compete in real time on an automated leaderboard. Solid architecture, tested with Vitest.

Knowledge bundles in the style of mattpocock/skills, with three-level loading (metadata, body, resources) and a model-invoked vs user-invoked split. The agent loads only what it needs, when it needs it.
A CI validator for documentation and skills: byte-for-byte mirror between .agents/ and .claude/, with CONTEXT.md and ADRs as durable memory. If operational knowledge drifts, the build fails.
Secretless CI, Conventional Commits + release-please, deliberate tag-based deploys, HMAC rate limiting, an Expected Failures policy (Sentry/Axiom), and supply-chain awareness (Dependabot + holds).
